Happy Labor Day! Holiday or not, there is still a big Powerball drawing that occurs this evening.
In fact, the estimated jackpot is $375 million with a $271.1 million cash value.
Powerball numbers Monday, Sept. 6
Now three times a week, Powerball draws on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 11:15 p.m. ET. The winning numbers for today’s Labor Day drawing are below:
Winning numbers: 11 – 20 – 22 – 33 – 54
Powerball: 24
Multiplier: 2X
Most recent big PA Powerball winner
For the last drawing, which occurred on Saturday, Sept. 4, the winning numbers were 32 – 35 – 40 – 52 – 54 with a red Powerball of 1. Additionally, the Power Play multiplier drawn was 5x. Nationwide, three big second-place winners resulted in matching all five white balls, winning the game’s second-place prize of $1 million.
However, in Pennsylvania, the last big winner was a $100k ticket sold in Lehigh County. For the drawing on Aug. 28, a ticket matched up four of the five white balls drawn, which were 12 – 22 – 26 – 46 – 59 and the red Powerball of 29. Additionally, the ticket tacked on the $1 Power Play option which doubled the prize to $100k.
The ticket was sold by Top Star Express located on 2050 Tilghman St. in Allentown and the retailer earns a $500 bonus. Now that the Powerball jackpot is growing steadily bigger, it is just a matter of time before the next big PA winner or national jackpot winner emerges.
