Portnoy was coming off a 2-4 Week 6 and was 14-22-1 (Mortals 1-5) on the season. However, Week 7 proved to be lucky for Portnoy. He went a perfect 5-0 and his mortal lock was a no-sweat winner as the Raiders (-3) easily beat the Eagles.
