The Powerball Top Prize continues to rise for tonight’s midweek drawing. $68 million is the estimated jackpot for May 11. The lump sum cash value is $39 million, before taxes, for tonight’s main prize.
No one hit the jackpot prize in the previous drawing on Monday. The largest prize won was $2 million, hit by a player in Connecticut. That player matched all five white balls, but not the Powerball.
Without Power Play, the prize would have been $1 million. Paying $1 for the Power Play option doubles the $1 million prize if you hit it, and multiplies all lower prizes based on the multiplier drawn, up to 10x.

Philadelphia player wins big on new scratch-off
A Pennsylvania Lottery player in Philadelphia hit the top prize on the My Three Million scratch-off ticket this week. My Three Million is a $30 ticket with a $3 Million top payout. The game debuted on March 22.
The ticket was sold at ACME Markets, on 29 Snyder Avenue in Philadelphia. That retailer earned a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The scratch-off game description features a game demo, with a sample ticket that you can “scratch” to see how it’s played. These demos are not to be confused with the PA Lottery’s online instant games available at the state’s online lottery.
