Everyone is invited to the grand opening of Live! Casino Philadelphia with no reservations required beginning Feb. 4 through Feb. 11.
The facility is aiming for a balance of fun and health safety during opening week.
Joe Billhimer, executive vice president of the parent company, Cordish Gaming Group explained:
“Our Team Members are ready to welcome the Philadelphia region to experience the world-class gaming and entertainment destination we have created, in a fun and safe manner. Live! is the casino Philly has been waiting for and deserves, so we’re making it a priority to expand our grand opening festivities to ensure everyone can go Live! safely.”
As part of opening week, Live! will also be hosting special events around Super Bowl 55 Sunday, Feb. 7.
Play it safe at Live! grand opening
Live! has developed a comprehensive Play It Safe plan focused on masking, temperature checks, social distancing, and repeated cleaning of high-traffic areas, slot machines, and table game equipment.

Gaming, hotel, and dining for grand opening
Cordish believes Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia has set a new standard for gaming, hotel, dining, and entertainment in PA.
The facility in the Stadium District of South Philadelphia is 510,000-square-foot and features more than 2,100 state-of-the-art slot machines, 121 live-action table games, and a dedicated 29-table poker room.
The industry-leading FanDuel Sportsbook is in the house and available online. And there’s an online casino, too.
The property also features an upscale, 12-story, 208-room luxury hotel and a six-room, 15,000 square-foot event center.
