Following Friday night’s jackpot win, the Mega Millions Grand Prize resets to $20 million for the first drawing of the month, Feb 1. The new jackpot carries a cash value of $13.7 million before withholding if taken as a lump sum.
A ticket sold in Woodland Hills, CA won the $426 million Top Prize in the last drawing. That ticket is the latest in a years-long trend of jackpot wins awarded in the month of January.

Other big prizes won in Friday’s drawing include the $3 million prize hit on a ticket sold in OH. The OH ticket, purchased with the additional $1 Megaplier option, matched the five white balls but not the Mega Ball. Without the Megaplier option, the prize would have been $1 million.
Three other tickets matched the same five numbers, but lacked the Megaplier option. Therefore, those players from MS, NY and TX won $1 million prizes.
In PA Lottery news, a Match 6 Lotto ticket hit the $1.85 million jackpot on Monday. Jay Bhanu Newsstand in Philadelphia receives a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
