The popular series continues on as Rivers Philadelphia will play host to a $100,000 guaranteed tournament.
On Friday, Dec. 17 they will host a $350 buy-in with a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool that starts at 11:15 a.m. This is a multi-day event with Day 1B taking place on Saturday, Dec. 18 and Day 2 completing on Sunday, Dec. 19.
According to Rivers twitter, November’s 100k winner was “Daniel S who finished 1st out of 551 players for a top prize of $34,701!”

A lot of players were hopeful that the Borgata would host their big WPT series in January but according to local poker player Pierre Deissler, that’s not the case. “While I was in Vegas I spoke to some Borgata insiders and they confirmed that the January 2021 series was highly unlikely.”
