The 2022 WSOP PA online bracelet series is halfway through its eight-event schedule. The four events played so far have generated $393,663, averaging a prize pool of just below $100,000 per tournament. That average should grow past six figures by the end of the series, as several larger events still await.
These bracelet events are available only to poker players within Pennsylvania state lines, with separate online series also running in Michigan and the shared markets of Nevada and New Jersey. Nevada and New Jersey’s events are part of the greater WSOP festival in Las Vegas, which has 88 live events running over the same timeframe.
2022 WSOP online bracelet series winners
All four bracelet winners to date in the 2022 WSOP PA online bracelet series have something in common – not only was it each of their first WSOP gold bracelets, but it was also all players’ career-high scores.
Joseph Kuczewski started the series by winning Event #1: Big $500, which generated 270 entries for a prize pool of $121,500. The largest event so far in the Keystone State’s version of events, Kuczewski earned $30,970 for his efforts.
A week later, Chris Perkins took down Event #2: $400 Ultra Deepstack on June 5, topping a field of 272 entries to win the top prize of $24,960. Perkins had nearly $150K in lifetime earnings before winning the event, but his largest score was $15,000 from a 936th-place finish in the 2021 WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas.
The third event was the only Pot-Limit Omaha event on the docket. It drew 152 entries to generate a prize pool of $68,400, with Mark Dellavecchio recording just his third-ever score in a victory that earned him $17,292 plus a gold bracelet.
This past Sunday, the series reached its halfway point after Stephen Jarrett was the last man standing in Event #4: $600 Online Deepstack Championship. A total of 196 entries created a prize pool of $105,843, and Jarrett took home $26,979, roughly one-fourth of all money up for grabs.
WSOP PA online poker winner celebrates
Perkins took to Twitter after winning the event, stating, “HOLY S**T! Just won the online WSOP PA Bracelet,” in the early hours of Monday morning, June 13. He had several close finishes on WSOP PA before the bracelet event, including a third- and pair of fourth places in online circuit events earlier this year.

Even more recently, Perkins added to his hardware collection by winning the WSOP PA online circuit series $525 Main Event for another $21,650.
More (and bigger) events are coming in the second half WSOP PA series
Looking forward, July features three weekends before the WSOP comes to a close. Event #5: $500 Deepstack will run on July 3 with the $1,000 Online Bracelet Championship one week later on July 10.
The Online Bracelet Championship has the largest buy-in of the series and will look to draw the largest field of the series. During last fall’s only WSOP PA bracelet event ($1,000 Pennsylvania Championship), David Eldridge outlasted 171 entries to capture his first career bracelet and the accompanying $41,553 top prize.
Upon the conclusion of the upcoming championship event, the summer’s final weekend will feature two events. The $777 Lucky 7’s Second Chance is the only Saturday event, running on July 16, with the $500 Summer Saver wrapping up the schedule on Sunday, July 17.
With these larger events upcoming, every prize pool from here on out should surpass $100,000. This means over $800,000 is expected in total prize money for the series, in addition to four more Pennsylvanians winning coveted WSOP gold bracelets.
