We’re nearing the end of 2019, and PA online poker is finishing the year with a bang, thanks to PokerStars PA’s PACOOP online tournament series. The 76ers are also on pace to end 2019 on a high note, both with its record and when it comes to the TV rating. Finally, one lucky Divine Fortune player is going to have a happy holiday after hitting the latest big jackpot on the progressive online slot.
PokerStars PA Championship of Online Poker took off
With plenty of players filling the virtual tables, PokerStars PA Championship of Online Poker (PACOOP) upped the guarantees on its tournament series twice.
Initially, PokerStars guaranteed $1 million across the 50 PACOOP events. But the guarantee went up to to $1.125,000 on Monday a week ago. Then two days later, the guarantee jumped to $1,225,000. The second weekend of tournament action led to some overlays, but the tournament series is still poised to generate around $1.3 million in prize pools.
The most significant single boost in the prize pools was for the Main Event, which had a $100,000 guarantee. Now the number is up to $125,000.
The championship ends Monday, Dec. 16 and Main Event is on Sunday, Dec. 15.
Divine Fortune progressive slot lives up to its name yet again
The Divine Fortune progressive online slot jackpot hit yet again at PlaySugarHouse.com. The massive payday was nearly $210,000.
That’s nine giant jackpots since the game launched at SugarHouse on July 26.
The first five jackpots happened within five weeks of the game’s debut. The biggest winner collected over $375,000when they won back in October.
76ers ratings on the rise

Viewership of the games is up 38% over last season at the same point, and pre- and post-game numbers are likewise up. The 76ers’ winning record could explain the rise in interest in the team, but the new data could very well be responsible for at least a part of the bump.
