Recent Powerball winners in PA and beyond
No one hit the jackpot in Saturday’s drawing (Feb. 22), but there were two $1 million winners. Those two tickets were sold in Connecticut and Wisconsin, and matched all five white balls to claim the seven-figure prize. Neither had purchased the power play, which would have doubled the winnings.
The Feb. 22 winning numbers were: 25 – 37 – 39 – 61 – 62 and powerball 11 with a power play of 3x. Five players matched four white balls plus the powerball to win $50,000 and another did the same but won $150,000 with the $1 power play in action.
In Pennsylvania, 11 players matched four white balls to win $100. Another four in PA matched four balls and had purchased the $1 power play, tripling their winnings to $300.
