The Mega Millions jackpot is the 11th highest it’s ever been. After no one hit the Grand Prize in the last drawing on June 5, it continued to swell. The jackpot is now $410 million, which would mean $308.2 million for taking the cash option.
The winning numbers June 5 were 32 – 35 – 37 – 47 – 55 with a megaball of 22 and a megaplier of 3x. While no one hit the big one last drawing, three tickets did match all five white balls to win $1 million.
Those were sold in Connecticut, Florida, and New Jersey. With the $1 megaplier, those tickets would have tripled to a whopping $3 million. But it’s hard to complain about a seven-figure win!
Reopening lottery retailers, online tickets still an option in PA
The temporary lottery rules because of coronavirus closures reduced the jackpot reset amount for Mega Millions and Powerball to $20 million rather than $40 million. With the current jackpot over $400 million, the new rules just give more incentive to take a $2 chance on Mega Millions.
As Pennsylvania and other states slowly begin to reopen establishments, more and more lotto retailers are back up and running. For those who live in PA, they can still continue to purchase draw lotto tickets and play other PA online lottery games online, if they so choose.
Lotto players can get a free $20 and a deposit bonus up to $250 for signing up at our links here.
