Unibet's new deal with the Eagles will take online casino games into uncharted territory.

There are more places than the football field to find the Philadelphia Eagles. The Iggles are now at the blackjack table and slot machine. But hold up — don’t expect to spot Carson Wentz splitting aces or Doug Pederson sidled up to Wheel of Fortune.

In a first of its kind for iGaming, Unibet launched Eagles Blackjack and the Eagles Online Slot. The first professional sports-themed casino games are the result of a collaboration with the Eagles and Pala Interactive.

Eagles-themed blackjack is available now at Unibet. The Eagles online slot is anticipated to arrive later this year. Unibet’s online casino can be accessed via iOS, Android and desktop.

Unibet, a part of the Kindred Group, possesses one of the largest slot libraries in PA, with about 116 titles. It also has nine table games available on its iGaming platform.

Kindred is one of the top online gambling operators, with business across Europe, the USA and Australia. Commented Manuel Stan, SVP, Kindred US:

“The partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles is truly special, and this is a great testimony [to] how two perfectly aligned organizations can deliver fantastic, innovative products for their fans and customers. I am extremely proud of the work done by both teams to release the first-ever professional-themed sports casino game in the United States, and this is just the beginning.”

Catherine Carlson, the Eagles’ senior vice president of revenue and strategy, added:

“We are excited to collaborate with a forward-thinking partner like Unibet whose innovation continues to create new and exciting online opportunities for our fans. As the online gaming industry continues to emerge and expand in the marketplace, our partnership with Unibet takes us to a whole new level and allows us to be on the forefront of industry firsts, such as being featured in the country’s first professional sports-themed casino game.”

Philadelphia sports teams and casino and sports betting partnerships

In November 2019, Unibet became the Eagles’ official casino partner. Unibet has a permanent branding presence on Lincoln Financial Field’s newly constructed Northwest Suites located on the main concourse. Unibet signage is also prominently displayed on the Eagles Nest Tower, the stadium’s digital billboard.

During the NFL’s offseason, it amended rules to allow “official sportsbook partner” designations. Unibet and the Eagles took advantage of the ruling, and Unibet is now an official sportsbook partner of the Eagles.
