It’s expected that the race to the bottom will be slow and painful. But it’s also the case for the race to the top of the woeful NFC East.
During their Week Nine bye, the Philadelphia Eagles’ futures odds actually improved. Hey, that’s just how things are in 2020. When they returned, the Eagles reminded backers and fans who they were. They didn’t put up much of a fight in a lackluster 27-17 loss to the New York Giants.
PA online sportsbooks had the Eagles as 3.5-point favorites. The Birds failed to convert any of their nine third down attempts and never led during the game.
Twitter showed no mercy on the Eagles’ poor play and head coach Doug Pederson‘s questionable play-calling.
