The memories are still vivid: The perfect execution of the Philly Special. Brandon Graham‘s strip-sack of Tom Brady. Brady’s final Hail Mary heave falling to the ground.

It all resulted in the Philadelphia Eagles‘ first-ever Super Bowl title, an unforgettable 41-33 win over the New England Patriots.

Much has changed over the course of the 21 months since the teams last met. There has been roster churn, coach turnover, and the departure of backup quarterback-turned-hero Nick Foles. Memories of Super Bowl LII will be in the air Sunday when the two teams square off at Lincoln Financial Field.

Something else is new in PA: DraftKings and Fox Bet entered the online sportsbook market. The pair serve up odds boosts “super” style bets for the Patriots versus Eagles showdown.

Fox Bet odds for Patriots vs. Eagles

Sunday marks the first time quarterback Carson Wentz faces the Patriots. The Pats are one of five teams Wentz has yet to face in his career.

Fox Bet is offering both PA and NJ bettors a chance to double their money if Wentz and Tom Brady throw a touchdown pass in the game.

  • The promotion starts Nov. 16 at 8 a.m. EST.
  • Max bet $25
  • New Fox Bet customers can still take advantage of $20 free cash and up to $100 more on deposit in addition to the Wentz/Brady boost. Existing customers can take advantage of the “double your money” bet.

Brady tossed a touchdown in seven of nine games this year. How uncharacteristic are two touchdown-less games for “Tom Terrific”? During the past three regular seasons, he’s only failed throw for a touchdown during two regular-season games each year. Has Brady already reached his quota for 2019?

Wentz has thrown for a touchdown in every game so far this season.

Super Bowl rematch bets

Fox Bet is tapping into Super Bowl LII nostalgia with “Super Bowl Rewind” themed bets.

  • Eagles to convert a fourth-down play +175
  • Zach Ertz to score a fourth-quarter touchdown +700
  • Tom Brady +1 receptions +1400
  • Carson Wentz +1 receptions +1600
  • Tom Brady 500+ passing yards +15,000
  • Eagles win 41-33 +20,000

DraftKings is getting in on that action, too. You can bet on any non-quarterback to throw a touchdown for the Eagles at odds of +4133.

New England Patriots vs. Philadelphia Eagles preview

Both the Patriots (8-1) and Eagles (5-4) enter Week 11’s matchup coming off a bye. The Baltimore Ravens handed the Patriots their first loss of the season in Week 9. The Eagles went into the bye with a two-game winning streak after beating the Buffalo Bills and the Chicago Bears.

However, the time off didn’t heal the Birds’ many wounds. Wide receiver DeSean Jackson underwent season-ending core muscle surgery. Linebacker Nigel Bradham and wide receiver Alshon Jeffery did not participate in practice due to ankle injuries. Running back/punt returner Darren Sproles was diagnosed with a torn hip flexor ending his season and likely his career.

Brady is usually the reason for trepidation when playing New England. However, this season, the Patriots’ defense has been downright dominant. They rank tops in total defense and are only surrendering an average of 10.9 points per game.

The Pats rank second for total team offense and are posting an average of 30 PPG. The Eagles’ offense has been limited without Jackson, and they’ll face a stern challenge from New England’s defense.

DraftKings lists the Eagles as 3.5-point underdogs with an over/under of 44.5.
