Pennsylvanians are winning big
Speaking of mega sums of money, the Pennsylvania Lottery reports more than $190 million was paid out to PA scratch-off winners in November. The top two winners received $1 million each. These tickets were sold in Bucks and Chester counties.
Six other players took away $500,000 prizes. Additionally, there were ten prizes of $250,000 and three prizes of $100,000 awarded in the Keystone state.
