Another millionaire was made on Tuesday after the Mega Millions drawing. Only one player’s numbers matched the first 5 balls, but not the Mega Ball, for a payout of $1 million.
There was no Jackpot winner, so once again the Jackpot makes a jump — this time to $135 million. With the lump sum cash option, the big winner would claim $98.5 million from tonight’s Dec. 10 drawing.

Meanwhile, the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Millionaire Raffle is now underway. The $20 tickets offer you two chances to win big money. Up until the final drawing on January 8, there are weekly drawings that award two $50,000 prizes.
All tickets are then entered into the final drawing where 6,000 cash prizes will be awarded. Of those, four lucky players will win $1 million and four others will take home $100,000.
So far, three weekly drawings have been conducted and six lucky ticket holders have won $50,000 each. Last week’s winning ticket numbers were 00095198 and 00113017. The tickets were from Settler’s Ridge Market District in Pittsburgh and Dagwood’s Subs-N-Suds in Westmoreland County.
Only 500,000 tickets are available for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle drawing, which means your chances of winning something are pretty good, relatively speaking. The January 8 drawing will award four prizes of $1 million; four prizes of $100,000; 100 prizes of $1,000; and 5,892 prizes of $100.
