For the fourth consecutive year, the estimated jackpot is reaching big numbers. For Friday, Dec. 18, the Mega Millions estimated jackpot is $310 million. The lucky winner can select a cash option of $238 million instead.

Three big Match 5 winners for Dec. 15
While no one won the big jackpot, three tickets emerged from the last drawing with second-place prizes. As a reminder, the winning numbers for Dec. 15 were 1 – 10 – 18 – 20 – 46, with a Megaball of 15. The Megaplier was 2X.
These three tickets matched all five white balls to win $1 million and were sold in Georgia, New Jersey and North Carolina. Nationwide, there were a total of 28 tickets that matched four white balls plus the Mega Ball to win the third prize of $10,000. Out of the 28, three had the $1 Megaplier option tacked on to boost the winnings to $20,000.
