One ticket in South Carolina did match all five white balls and had the power play to double the winnings from $1 million to $2 million.
Seven tickets matched four white balls and the powerball. That was worth $50,000 for six of them including one player in Pennsylvania. But one had the power play to up the winnings to $250,000 in this case. Talk about a great use of the power play option.

Lotto changes during coronavirus closures
With decreased lottery sales, there are some changes to Powerball and Mega Millions drawings for the time being. The reset amount for both drawings is now $20 million, as opposed to $40 million.
Additionally, there is no minimum jackpot increase between drawings when the Grand Prize is not hit. That means roll increases depend on sales and interest rates only.
Still, there is plenty of interest in these games, keeping the jackpots at life-changing sums.
