The Philadelphia 76ers have landed yet another gaming deal.

The 76ers are teaming up with Parx Casino for a “multi-year partnership” that makes the Bensalem property the team’s first “Official Winning Partner of the Philadelphia 76ers.” As such, for each Sixers win, Parx will offer a “Win for All” promotion available at its online casino.

“On the eve of the 2019-20 season, we are proud to announce a partnership with Parx Casino that will create an interactive opportunity between our fans and Parx Casino’s gaming platforms,” Chris Heck, the team’s president, said in the release.

“The ‘Win for All’ promotion provides a creative avenue for fans to interact with our first-ever ‘Official Winner Partner’ and plays upon the competitive spirit of Philadelphia fans.”

How ‘Win for All’ will work at Parx

Located just outside the City of Brotherly Love, Parx became the second property in Pennsylvania to roll out an online casino, complementing its online sports betting offerings.

Now, the casino teams with the 76ers ahead of the 2019-20 NBA season, which tips off Oct. 22. Philadelphia opens its schedule the following day, at home, against the Boston Celtics.

For each 76ers win, Parx will activate the “Win for All” promotion. Fans who are at least 21 years old and within a 150-mile radius of the city will have access to a bonus free play offer via the Parx online casino. They can redeem the offer by using a custom promo code provided by Parx, according to the release. The casino will advertise said promo code on social media and radio.

Each of the first 25 victories recorded by the 76ers will also result in a $25 bonus offer. Each ensuing win will carry an offer equal to the Sixers’ win total (e.g., $30 for Philly’s 30th victory).

And that’s not all…

On top of that, Parx “will also surprise-and-delight 76ers fans,” per the release, with special bonus offers for specific games.

For example, when the 76ers host the Milwaukee Bucks on Christmas. It’s Philadelphia’s first Dec. 25 home game since 1988.

Parx plans to host six “76ers Nights” at its Beer Garden, complete with 24 rotating taps of craft beer and two 16-foot televisions. Of course, also on the property, is the Parx Sportsbook.

Dates for 76ers Nights include:

  • Oct. 28, Philadelphia at Atlanta
  • Nov. 29, Philadelphia at New York
  • Dec. 12, Philadelphia at Boston
  • Jan. 3, Philadelphia at Houston
  • Feb. 6, Philadelphia at Milwaukee
  • March 24, Philadelphia at Minnesota

“We’re looking forward to another great season from the 76ers,” Parx Chief Marketing Officer Marc Oppenheimer said in the release. “We can’t wait to host 76ers fans at monthly watch parties so they can cheer on their favorite team while experiencing all that Parx Casino has to offer. It will be a season of two great brands winning together.”

76ers casino partners getting crowded

In addition to sponsoring the 76ers’ postgame show on 97.5 The Fanatic, Parx will also enjoy additional signage for the casino throughout the Wells Fargo Center, home of the 76ers.

Certainly there will be no shortage of gaming-related sights at the arena. And the 76ers continue to pack them in.

Less than a year ago, Caesars Entertainment inked a sponsorship deal with Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, which owns both the 76ers and the New Jersey Devils. The partnership allowed Caesars to promote Harrah’s Philadelphia, among other brands, through “a series of playful online and in-game contests,” according to a release. It also included ad placements during 76ers games.

Not to be outdone, Philadelphia’s SugarHouse Casino entered a partnership with the Wells Fargo Center via the Philadelphia Flyers. The property will sponsor two branded sports lounges at the arena, featuring nearly 100 screens while promoting its PlaySugarHouse online sportsbook.

The Pennsylvania gaming expansion continues. And the 76ers, and the Wells Fargo Center have embraced it. But the room is getting crowded in Philly.
