Harrah’s Casino Philadelphia is hosting an event that starts at 1 p.m. on Saturday. They are encouraging all ages to join the fun with music, contests, food, entertainment and drink specials for the adults. The event is free and is held (rain or shine) on Harrah’s racetrack and outdoor patio.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course also begins at 1 p.m. The casino will show the live broadcast and have giveaways and food trucks. There will also be a Kentucky Derby hat contest beginning at 2:30 p.m. The winners will be announced between 5:30-6:00 p.m.
Hollywood Casino at the Meadows
Hollywood Casino at the Meadows’ party will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The winner of the hat contest takes home $1,000. There will be live music, food and drink specials at the Barstool Sportsbook Patio Experience. There will also be behind the scene tours, starting car rides and jog cart rides.

Presque Isle Downs Casino is having a two-part party starting on Friday, May 6 with the Kentucky Oaks race. The casino is offering a $500 UGuess the Derby Winner. Bettors can win free play if their horse finishes first, second or third. Also, High Five Friday will be included. Bettors will have six chances to win free play or the progressive jackpot, in which $1,500 will be added after every drawing.
On Saturday, there will also be a $500 UGuess the Derby Winner and a Super 6 Saturday Derby Edition. Same rules apply except for $2,000 will be added after every drawing on Saturday.
