It’s something of a grudge match.
The Green Bay Packers face the San Francisco 49ers Thursday night in a rematch of the NFC Championship game. In last year’s playoffs, the 49ers ran roughshod over the Packers, rushing for 285 yards and earning a Super Bowl berth with a 37-20 victory.
So it’s a revenge game for Green Bay.

And just in case that’s not enough, FanDuel Sportsbook also continues to offer new users a risk-free $1,000 bet. New users just need to register, make a first deposit and then simply place their first real-money wager on FanDuel Sportsbook up to $1,000. If the wager loses, FanDuel will refund the loss in the form of a free bet up to $1,000.
Thursday Night Football kicks off the NFL’s Week 9 schedule
Green Bay and San Francisco will start the Week Nine schedule at 8:20 p.m. Thursday on Fox. In addition to the promotions and traditional spreads, players can find plenty of other wagers on Thursday night.
The game’s over/under is currently 48.5 points. Green Bay’s team total is 28.5 points, while San Francisco’s is listed at 20.5. There are also odds posted for alternate lines, anytime touchdown scorers, halftime/full-time results and a number of other props.
